Here is our Cancellation Policy and Refunds Policy:

An administration charge of five pounds applies to all refunds, above.
-A full refund is offered within ten minutes of arrival, if for any reason, anything is not to your full satisfaction.
-A full refund is offered less five pounds if within half an hour of arrival you decide anything is not to your full satisfaction.
There are no refunds given in retrospect after a night's stay, or between 10 pm and 9 am.
Policy of dealing with individuals and External Organisations. We claim the right of reply before any comments are published about our establishment in print or electronically e.g Worldwide Web. We expect at least 14 days to be given to reply, which reply would be posted with the original comment/s. Any person or organisation not giving right of reply, as above renders themselves liable to redress under UK Law.
